Mekhet - Dracul

Famous for dropping a grain cart down the elevator shaft of the Board of Trade building shortly after the turn of the century. Various other antics, most often vehicular in nature, including his partnership with Gustavus resulted in his banishment from the city in the 1930s, whereby he took up residence in suburban Glen Ellyn. The Doctor is occasionally heard from now and again, generally whenever his head gets straightened enough to send letters of denunciation to Prince Farragut or the other Regents of the City.
