Titus Augustus

Titus Augustus was born in the year 420 B.C. to a merchant class family in the city of Rome. He was brought up in a modest household and educated fairly well. At the age of 16 he decided to join the Roman Legion. His father had enough money saved up to buy him a commission so Titus found himself as a low ranking officer and in charge of his own Platoon. Many vicious battles did Titus see with the Legions as he moved up in rank to First Centurion. It was in Britania fighting an army of naked blue Barbarians That Titus's life changed forever. During the days battle against the barbarians Titus had been ordered to hold the left flank or the Roman formation. All day long the battle raged on the far flank and center of the formation. Recklessly but with a ferocious intensity the blue painted warriors threw themselves against the Roman formation. Time and again they were driven back fewer in number. Just as Titus's men were growing complacent and distracted watching the main battle, a screaming mass of warriors charged from the woods directly in front of Titus and his troops. Thousands came at his troops. so vast were the numbers Titus could not count them. Titus saw that his men were in danger so dismounted and rushed to help them. During the fighting Titus was knocked unconscious and his body drug from the field. Titus awoke only to find for the next 100 years that he was to be chained to a slab of stone where the sun was never seen.
