Rick rolled into town a couple months ago with two other Milwaukee Carthians. While the Milwaukee contingent was largely brash and boisterous, preferring to point out the city's flaws from afar, Rick has worked more closely with the Carthians of Chicago, helping investigate Masquerade breaches and being an instrumental part of the Aurora excursion.

Rick proved his loyalty to the city by participating in the Aurora Raid. In the aftermath, the other Milwaukee Carthians (Danielle and Jericho left, keeping their reasons their own. Rick stayed behind, both to complete the Aurora Experiment and help maintain the Carthian's power in the city in light of threats, both internal and external.

Rick is obviously a young Kindred, although how young is unclear. His unease around the politics of the city is typical of a Neonate, but his devotion to Clan and Covenant is evident nonetheless.

With the resignation of Sven Johansen, Rick was promoted to Priscus of Clan Daeva until "bidness" took him out of town and lack of judgement left Desdemona Braun in charge.
