Madison Moore

When Madison first entered the city is anybody’s guess, but in the early nineteen-fifties, when Madison came into public view, he seemed fairly well established for a new arrival. Maybe it was just his Invictus connections, or maybe he’d been doing the same as many others in the city and enjoying relative anonymity, but, whatever the reason may have been, when Madison hit the scene he made sure to be noticed.

Like E. C. Featherby, a fellow Covenant member and brother Nosferatu, Madison was drawn to the lower echelons of business propriety: mainly drugs and prostitution; and immediately began expanding his under-class army. Unlike his gangster compatriot, Madison’s style lent itself more to that of a West Side pimp than to a member of Capone’s criminal aristocracy. That flashy tendency, along with a modest criminal empire, remains today. Occasionally mistaken for a Daeva from a distance, the correction is made in short order once close contact is made; and Madison is always sure to make close contact.

In reality, Madison’s mortal works are a cover for his true business: blood. Madison’s companions are carefully monitored for diseases and booked only with screened, upscale mortal clients so as to provide emergency - or simply easy - feeding service to any and all in need. All are carefully controlled by Madison to ensure the Masquerade is maintained; thereby providing the city’s Kindred with a safe, reliable means of getting their fix.

Of course, the first time’s free.

Just as any other criminal, Madison is happiest when a structure is in place so business can be handled smoothly. In this regard, Madison has remained loyal to Prince Farragut despite his prolonged absence: citing numerous examples of unexplained shepherding amongst the stray members of the city’s flock to those who question the Prince’s ability to govern.

Following the death of Charles Guiteau, Madison claimed the title of Harpy. His ascention to the position was backed by the Regents Council.
