Jonathan returned to Chicago from a long hiatus in early 2006. Most people can tell you he is Gangrel. Most say he is also Ordo Dracul, which accounts for folks calling him Dragon Jon. They say he came from Tennessee. He's mentioned time spent in New Mexico Territory and California. Some people claim he used to live in Chicago back during World War II. Jon is nearly always seen with a guitar. He is difficult to make eye contact with. No local kindred have claimed to witness Jon feeding, and this has given birth to many rumors. Many fear him, for he is said to be one of the few in the region who can walk during the daylight. Some from the Ordo even claim that he walks IN the daylight. Then again, there are those in the Ordo who would swear Jon is no longer a vampire, so they cannot be credible.

Those asking around can find several more items of interest. Jon is rumored to be an occult expert. His knowledge of geomancy, mineralogy, and astrophysics is extensive. He has demonstrated talent at finding sites of power. Jon is said to have first-hand knowledge of native languages and customs. He is rumored to be an exorcist of no mean ability. Jon is also a good source for fake ID's.

Jon is currently Alpha, or priscus of the Gangrel clan. He also holds the title of Sheriff under Prince Edison.
