Johnny has been in the city for quite some time and he was embraced by Murphy Macmanus in the 1930's for unknown reasons. It was known that as a mortal Johnny was a numbers and information runner for Capone and his crew. Johnny went to work for Murphy who served the Invictus. Murphy taught him well, trained him well and taught him everything that a Mekhet could want to know. Johnny on the other hand chaffed under the structure and design of the Invictus and remained unaligned.

In 1942, it was quite a little scandal as Johnny announced that he was joining with the Ordo Dracul who had taken the South Shore and joined up with them. Johnny worked out well for the Ordo Dracul since he had access to many things that the Ordo Dracul could use or needed. Johnny has always had a strong distaste for the Invictus and he still sometimes will roll his eyes when meeting an Invictus.

Johnny laid low for quite some time and still seemed to have a connection with his sire because even though his sire was Invictus, a strong respect remained. Oddly, Murphy Macmanus disappeared in the 1960's and no one is sure in any shape or form where he went to. Johnny still seeks to find out where his sire has gone and occasionally will begin his investigations anew.

Johnny has a strong connection to the Ordo Dracul and has recently resurfaced with the renewal of kindred gatherings. His usual distaste for such events seems abated as he is trying to forage new ground it is believed for the Ordo Dracul as well with his own line.

Johnny is also know to be able to procure items that others may not be able to acquire. His skill as a fence and ability to market merchandise is well-known. It is rumored that he may have some strange connections to Josephine Honore but whatever those connections are, they definitely have a relationship of tension in public.

Johnny has also taken a recent interest in Madison Moore although the reasoning is very much unknown save to Johnny himself.
