Jesse Stein is a preacher from Southeastern Missouri.  He seems to consider it his personal mission to re-invigorate the Lancaea Sanctum in Chicago using his personal combination of southern charm and unwavering faith.  He doesn't seem to have much in common with his clanmates, the other Daeva; he seems reserved, forthright, and focused.

Over the last few months, Jesse has developed a reputation for extravigant rituals requiring huge amounts of vitae and violence.  His typically Tollison love of snakes and religious extacy has set him apart from some of the other, more reserved Sanctified but his loyalty to the Lance is unwavering.
