Guillermo Sandoval

In the early 1900's Guillermo Sandoval was approached by Ursos Arctos an aquaintance of his, who while investigating strange killings on the Chicago waterfront; discoverd a nine foot seven inch Swedish hulk names Sven Johansen. Ursos had discovered that Sven was a Daeva. Realizing that although he could teach this Deava about being a member of the kindred society; Ursos could not teach him about being a Deava. Ursos knew that Sandoval was of the Daeva Clan so he took Sven to him and placed him in his care for a brief amount of time. Guillermo taught Sven as much as he could and then sent him on his way. Sven continued to be closely associated with Ursos while Sandoval pursued other ventures only checking in on Sven's progress when he felt necessary. It was not until 2005 that Sandoval and Johansen re-established a more formal association.

Guillermo Sandoval, in 2005, had the brilliant idea of complicating everybody's lives and reopening the Galleria Carnivale, with the purpose of holding regular Elysiums. Shortly thereafter he was criticized openly by Regent Anton East

when a certain kindred leaving the Galleria was set upon violently by brutes; the charge was that the Elysium was unsafe.

In response to the criticism certain members of the Invictus offered to escort people to and from Elysium if they felt unsafe. After a month with no regular patrons, the service ended, with Regent E. C. Featherby claiming that East's criticism was unfounded, as no one felt so unsafe that they wished an escort.
