Frank Kleidstown

Drapped in a filthy long coat and derby-hat, with skin peeling and blistered as if he had eczema, Frank is not the most attractive sight one will see. Further, when his taller, lanky figure is set next to that of short, squat his friend Short Tom Anderson- it is near impossible not to be reminded of Laurel and Hardy.

Frank is an inveterate member of several covenants- claiming informal membership to the Invictus, Carthians, and Sanctified at various points over the fifty years since he moved to Chicago from Cleveland. He's an inoffensive and witty enough figure that most let his political apostaty slide, and considered generally harmless towards anyone's larger goals in the city. He currently makes his time with the Carthians, although it's unclear if this goes anywhere beyond having a friendly relationship with James Milligan. Frank owns and oversees a small number of garbage storage and metal scrap yards on the near west side, and his pontifications regarding the art of waste are legendary for those not prone to sleeping the long sleep.

When not working, Frank can be found drinking with Short Tom at the Oriental Hotel or The Hole in the Wall.

Frank Kleidstown is a prop NPC- used by paylers who need to have other Kindred present during on-line scenes for dialouge purposes. Frank has made minor appearances in game, but his purpose is mainly for IC list pontifications. He frequents any establishment that will have him.
